Neck Pillow

I know they look ridiculous, but we've found that neck pillows actually work fairly well for sleeping on planes. We like this one because it has Velcro loops that attach it to the seat so your head doesn't flop around. Is it as good as flying business class? Absolutely not. So if that's an option, definitely do that instead!
