Peak Design Roller Pro carry-on suitcase

We tried a bunch of different carry-on bags and could never find something we liked -- they fell over, they didn't have a dedicated computer pocket, they didn't roll well, backpacks made our backs hurt -- until this one. It is definitely expensive, but it was the only one we found that ticked all the boxes and it's been worth the price.
