We've had a variety of drones and flying cameras over the years and found that we never really used them, for two main reasons 1) they were too big and heavy to comfortably carry on a ride and 2) someone had to fly it, or at the very least you had to connect it to your phone and then choose the tracking target, but either way it meant that it was a pain to use and we almost never did.

This drone has solved both of those issues -- it's small and light enough to fit in a jersey pocket AND you can just turn it on, choose the flight mode you want and then go ride and it does an incredible job of following you.

We generally use the Cycling or Dolly Track modes when riding and then occasionally the Orbit and Zoom Out modes to get cool scene-setting shots. And there is a huge amount of adjustability on the drone (shot height, distance, etc.) so we almost never connect it to the phone.
